Everyone, Mr Javier, Ms Carolina, Ms Lina, and the housekeepers we're amazing. They tended to our every need. The showed the best hospitality. This hotel was very clean and it is located in a very safe area.

This is a good place to stay, they have a really nice buffet breakfast service, with fresh food and the chef and help are very polite. Rooms have good space to move and bathrooms are clean. My boyfriend and I did a reservation, they'd change the first reservation to another stabilshment of the same hotel chain and affirm that we will receive the same characteristics room in the new on but when we get there they assign a room different to what we expected and reserve, so they reassign us to a better room in compensation for the inconveniences...a very nice arrangement for a uncomfortable situation. The hotel is really calm and the neighborhood is very very nice, is located near to 93 park and bars of zone T in street 85

$25,000 for room service fee for dinner, it didn't come with silverware, napkins or sauce. $50,000 for wood to use fireplace. The "romantic" decoration was only fake rose petals. The bathroom wasn't as clean, the bathtub was dirty and smelled bad when turned on the jets, there was some hair too, the sink was cracked a lot. The living room TV didn't work. The TV remote for the bedroom TV didn't work. The place isn't as fancy. The wifi was slow and with bad reception. Breakfast was ok and workers were friendly. Just not worth the price, there are way better options available around for cheaper prices.
