The staff was super kind. The check in and check out process were quick and smooth. The hotel provided me a contact to pick us up at the airport. We arrived almost two hours after the arranged time and did not have any issues getting to the hotel. The driver was extremely professional and made us feel safe. The hotel is perfectly located by a lot of restaurants, a mall, and lots of options for night life. The hotel is a bit dated, but regardless everything was clean and well-kept.

Very decent rooms but outdated, the room had a moldy smell. It has an excellent location and a good breakfast. The services is acceptable, we had to wait after the check in time for our room.

Such a great place to stay! The service is amazing, everyone is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean. The breakfast is delicious. The only thing I didn’t love was the fact that it’s a bit noisy at nights, during the weekend, since it’s located close to many clubs. But that’s to be expected in this area.

Overall, the hotel was good, the location is excellent and the service staff was responsive and polite. However, the rooms are not in the best of shapes, there are smudges, it smells musky and it has aged furniture. The amenities are decent, the gym gets the job done but the equipment is old. The rooftop is nice! Do not buy the breakfast, it is very overpriced. Head to the Juan Valdez a block away for half the price for the same breakfast, there are also many other nicer options for breakfast within 5 minute walk. Don't get their shuttle service, its very overprices, use Uber or call a cab instead.
