Not a bad apartment. Security was nice and the lift works perfectly fine to me. 3 stars because the couch smelt like wet socks and the fridge was broken. Big mall nearby and the room was clean.

Raffles Suite is located in Uda Utama area. Parking for visitors is also available. The cleanliness of the environment is quite satisfactory. Unfortunately, the security guard's service was less than satisfactory.

Management rule is using the law of the jungle. At their own accord they have imposed to property owners/ agents a NO HOMESTAY BUSINESS. But the owners/ agents are not honest and they have ignored this ruling. Thus causing inconveniences to the third parties. One of these inconveniences was a NO PARKING FACILITIES are provided to the homestay residents. The homestay residents are NOT allowed to occupy the owners parking facilities even with the owner’s consent. How would you assess this homestay? Please note

Super bad attitude for night shift security guard. Especially the lady guard who can speak mandarin. Had a situation which was the resident lift(required access card) park at G floor while 2 visitor lifts were parking at other floors. But when pressing lift button, only the resident lift was open. Have asked her either can move the resident lift to other floor first? Then only i use visitor to go up. She said she doesn't have any access card, please wait until somebody comes down. After wait for 20 minutes (at around 11.45pm that time), only have someone to come down. But i was told by the owner, she is security manager. She was watching drama at that moment. This AirBnB is super not recommended because not enough visitor car parks.
