Good location just SE of the centre of Chiang Mai. Slightly bizarre arrangement with the entrance at the back of a long courtyard - where they serve breakfast. Not sure what they do in the rainy season - use the Burger restaurant ? The pool is 10m so ok for short laps. Note it is 30 m away out the back and after the car park. staff are helpful. Requested a slightly later check out 2 pm. Was advised hotel was busy . . But didn’t seem that way - paid Baht 100 an hour for later check out. Free airport transfer so essentially net zero.

In the hearth of Chiang Mai -> The best hotel if You're renting a bike from Pop's Bigbike, direct connection to rental place.

Really close to the gate, everything on your doorstep. Noisy rooms, sound echoes around the hotel so expect a few drunks around 12-1am. Good breakfast.

The hotel is situated on Loi Kroh Road which is only a short walk away from the Tha Phae Gate where also the Sunday Night Market takes place. Also a few other markets and night markets are just a short walk away. It's the perfect location if you like to have everything in walking distance. If you have been staying in Thailand for a while and crave other food than Thai food then you also have the best burger restaurant, Rock Me Burger, at the corner of the hotel. For dessert I would highly recommend getting a roti at Rotee Pa Day Loi Kroh stand which is only 2 houses away in front of the Bloodline Tattoo Studio. The hotel rooms are very spacious but a little bit outdated. The staff is super friendly, helpful and attentive. They always welcome you with a big smile on their faces. I stayed there for the second time and would definitely stay there again.
