1. Unhelpful and unfriendly staff: The hotel's staff was consistently unhelpful and had a dismissive attitude towards guests. They seemed uninterested in providing any assistance or addressing concerns. 2. Lack of professionalism: The staff displayed a lack of professionalism by being rude, impolite, and even condescending towards guests. This behavior created a hostile atmosphere and made the overall experience unpleasant. 3. Slow response time: The staff was slow in responding to requests and inquiries, resulting in frustration and inconvenience for guests. It seemed as though their lack of urgency contributed to a low-quality level of service. 4. Poor communication skills: The hotel staff struggled with effective communication, leading to misunderstandings and confusion. Their inability to convey information clearly added to the frustration and dissatisfaction experienced by guests. 5. Inadequate problem resolution: When faced with issues or complaints, the hotel staff failed to provide satisfactory solutions. They either ignored the problems or attempted to shift the blame onto guests, leaving them feeling unsupported and unheard. 6. Lack of attentiveness: The staff lacked attentiveness to guests' needs and preferences. Simple requests, such as room service or extra amenities, were often overlooked or forgotten, leaving guests feeling neglected and undervalued. 7. the location of the hotel great? The beach is very cute and the natural view on the beach is amazing 👍 As for the animation team, they are the most important feature of the hotel. This is the animation team. The daily activities are excellent and their performance is very high. And the nightly shows were very impressive. It is true that we will be back again. the rooms are very wonderful.. I will be back soon. My second home sun rauof resort Sharm El Sheik🤍

Terrible hotel. I would never recommend anyone to spend a vacation here. The staff always try to take your money. Never come to this hotel. Terrible service

Worst Hotel you can stay in in Sharm Elsheikh , They have unprofessional and very disrespectful, impolite Staff from the housekeeping whom we asked to come and clean the room during our stay many time but no answer and they are saying we do not have when we asked to change a dirty towel or dirty bedsheets, to the one who pretends to be manager Mr Ayman, he is shouting at guests, with very arrogant rude and disrespectful manner, he leaves you talking shout at you . going to the pool boy who refused to exchange a wet towel with dry one saying that the rule is to have one dry towel per day. The buffet is the worst with limited food that doesn’t refill after one hour from time of opening and they are saying we have no more food, and they are saying come as early as possible otherwise there will be no food, the aqua park pool water is dirty and yellowish i was very disgusted to come in, the beach is sandy but very dirty beach. It was the worst time I visited Sharm Elsheikh, and no wander there were few guests there . I will never experience this hotel again even if it is the last one on earth

I cannot rate the rest as I havent stayed here, only walked through the grounds. This hotel looks like a delepidated building. Went to nosey in a window and its honestly absolutely horrific. Beach covered in rubbish, man living in a hut making fires right next door. Water "features" with no water and lining just hanging out of the sides. Never seen anything like it. Think the majority of good reviews must be written by hotel management.
