Never has 'you get what you pay for' been more true. Bargain 2 weeks all inclusive. Very big rooms, but very scruffy, very dated and not particularly clean. Tea, coffee and sugar to go with the kettle were in very short supply, and toilet roll was like gold dust! The food was awful. Always cold, even if you arrived as the doors opened, and usually inedible or unrecognisable. To be fair, we could always find something we could eat, but not much. It took less than a week to realise we needed to eat out more! This hotels most valuable asset are its staff, all of them, but particularly the restaurant, bars and pool staff. They are always smiling, and so helpful. Its just a shame the hotel itself and the catering let them down

After the surprise of seeing all males in this hotel, I felt uncomfortable but soon relaxed as the hotel staff were friendly and professional. The rooms are dated and could do with a deep, deep clean. If you're not a smoker, breathing clean, fresh air was often challenging. Top stars for the variety of food each day, except not enough fruit provided.

Meals are simple and not easy to find good food Some food as tomato from last night . And the restaurant most of the time with out Electric (the manager turns off electric). Swimming pool dirty and I informed the manager he came and saw things in the pool but he did nothing. For the Aqrubat (play pool) it works for half an hour two times during the day. About Internet most of the time disconnected.

Good price if you don't mind the filth The room looked good and was quite spacious, although the cleaning personal was absolutely lacking. Only "cleaned" the room every three days. And "cleaning" means poorly mopping the floor, maybe emptying the bin, and spraying bad air refresher. At least the towels were changed. There were dirty spots from previous guests everywhere on the fabric. The breakfast had mashed potatoes that were okay and the baked goods weren't dry. But that breakfast room was absolutely disgusting. They change the table cloths maybe once a week or so? The chairs are dirty as well

Worst resort ever in sharm ek Sheikh! The rooms were so dirty. I wanted to gag when we entered. There was no running water in the bathrooms anywhere. We reached the hotel at 3 AM. We didn’t get the room till 5 AM. They showed us 2 more rooms which were both dirty, with no water and not even a working phone to inform the reception. At 5:30 AM we requested them to atleast change the bed sheets so we can atleast sleep. The entire room was filthy. We checked out in the morning and asked if we could have atleast something to eat before we leave. The staff charged us 12 USD for a plate of boiled rice and vegetables. When we asked them that this is the least they can do and give us a meal Complimentary, they asked us to delete the images from our phone and lie to the agency that the hotel is very good. The manager and the entire team was forcing us to delete photos. It is a disgusting hotel with disgusting service and a very rude staff. I am attaching videos for reference
