One of the best places to stay in the heart of Beirut. Stayed there for a total of 5months and had the best service and hospitality throughout, Just As Promised! Thank you so much to all the staff at the Hotel. Will definitely be coming back!

Thank you so much RB466 Hotel for one of the most comfortable 10 days in Beirut. To start of - the location was superb!! Very easy to get anywhere and had everything around me. Staff were great and I can’t wait to come again this winter❤️

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing, and I feel compelled to share my concerns. During my time there, I encountered some serious issues that cannot be overlooked. Firstly, there was a significant cockroach infestation in my room. When I raised this matter with the owner, she claimed the building had been treated by a company . However, the building was full of cockroaches and i called a company to spray my room, and they warned her that she needs to spray the building which she neglected to do. Furthermore, the owner's behavior was unacceptable. She attempted to enter my room without any prior notice while I was asleep, using her master key as her justification and pointing to the contract I had signed. It was also concerning that she refused to allow us to take a picture of the contract for closer examination, insisting that we simply trust her verbal representation. The sewage-like odor in the bathroom was another glaring issue. There are numerous other negative aspects I could delve into, but I'll keep it succinct. It's worth noting that several staff members, including the manager, receptionist, and security guards, left their positions due to the owner's management style. In conclusion, I strongly advise against staying at this hotel, especially when considering the price. My experience was marred by a series of disconcerting incidents that no guest should have to endure. Since the owner has chosen to disable the option for replies to her response, I would like to address her comments here. Your response is disappointing. I chose to leave your property due to a host of legitimate concerns. I stand by the accuracy of my review, as everything I shared was a true reflection of my experience. Accusing me of inventing stories is not only untruthful but also unprofessional. I hope you'll take my feedback seriously and work on improving your establishment for future guests.
