The area is peaceful and quiet. I booked the largest room. Clean and very cozy atmosphere. Service is great. Not much food to offer and it's pricey but the rooms are cheap. The back garden is very relaxing. Parking is linear and narrow. Three to four cars can fit. If you park at the back end, the cars in front will have to move outside to make way and the street outside is also narrow. During my stay I didn't use my car as I am not comfortable with bothering others. It's a good thing that the location has a lot different transportation you can use. Jeeps, train, buses, taxis, trike, or padyak.

Great location near bud station and other facilities (try Savory restaurant nearby Harrison). Clean rooms with aircon and all amenities. Garden setting for breakfast. Great coffee. Big shout out to Rose who took care of everything. Highly recommend

A very good price for roomy near european standard. Nice, big shower, nice garden with seatplaces, personal reachable round the clock. Per feet you reach a 7/11, drug store, lot of fast food restaurants. The location feels save and all interesting places are from there good reachable. The once im missing would be a swimming pool or a Jaccuzi. A little more communication from the service i would wished me. But if you ask for something you will become it instandly. Favorite for next visit of Manila.

Clean rooms, toilet and bathrooms, adequate supply of clean running water, and safe location are our top considerations when looking for a place to stay in Metro Manila. The Hub offers more: free French-pressed coffee upon check-in and check-out; free supply of basic toiletries🤗; requests for clean bed sheets and towels daily; free use of slippers that one can bring to the bathroom; hot or cold shower; really functional airconditioner; and free Wi-Fi 24 hours. The cheapest room may be small but with a bed good enough for two, a side table and a coffee-cum-study table laden with a pitcherful of refreshing water and 2 elegant glasses, and a big wall-mounted tv screen with Netflix if you wish😁. But the surprising part of our experience was the staff who never got tired serving us anytime. How they still managed to greet and smile despite their sleepy eyes when we came back very late at night or when we ordered coffee in the wee hours of the morning. They even cheerfully reminded us that we can request for a change of bedsheets or towels. All these at very affordable price.😲 We're from the City of Love and we have found this restful oasis amidst the hustling and bustling Metro Manila. The Hub District Garden Suites is now our home away from home. We will definitely come back. 😉
