Firstly, the room was in clear need of renovation. Musty air conditioning smell and the walls aren't in the best condition. Definitely does not give the best cleanliness vibe. The staff in charge for room service need a revision on customer service. Staff would complain and rant to us about how many rooms they have to clean, when we simply requested the correct set of amenities and towels (they gave us 2 sets for 4 people on 4/7 of the days). Giving attitude to customers is not what a business should strive to achieve. During the entirety of the final night of our stay, the guests next door were partying and yelling like they were on substances/drugs. After calling reception and them supposedly "sorting out" the issue, the guests proceeded to party until 5am. We did not bother attempting to call reception anymore because it was clear that they couldn't do anything. This is a further demonstration of the hotel's inability to provide a quality stay. Overall, we would not consider staying here again.

Stayed here during the quarantine a few years ago it was a good experience. Also stayed here again recently and the rooms seemed to have gotten worse. Standard rooms only have one socket and the temperature control isn't great. It's quite cold. On a positive we got an upgrade to 14th floor. The rooms are hugely better and worth the extra cost. The staff here are quite friendly and great. Transport here by bus is quite good.

This hotel was part of a deal so we did not book it directly , but we were very happy with it. As a base for sleeping , which is what we used it for, the location was great, just a short walk to the station. We used the local restaurants for breakfast and some evening meals so did not try the catering in the hotel. The rooms were clean and functional ( if looking a little tatty and dated in places ) and the shower was lovely to ease our aching bodies after a day of sightseeing.

Stayed in this hotel in April and it was decent, pretty good for my needs. As other guests mentioned this is an older hotel so it’s not as fancy as newer hotel, but room definitely more spacious than newer hotel and it’s quite rare in Hong Kong. Hotel room was clean and good enough for us. They have self-serve laundry room so you can pack lightly and just do laundry there, I like this a lot. Near the hotel there are a lot of restaurants and stores so this is very convenient for travelers. Front desk - my experience with them were good, I do have to mention that Eric was very helpful and he helped me when I need to delay my check out and with my wifi issue. But I did have not so pleasant experience with the female front desk she wasn’t helpful and not willing to help.

Just finishing our stay here and I feel I can confidently say this hotel is one of, if not the worst hotels we have ever stayed in. The water in the bathroom is brown and dirty, the WiFi is nonexistent, it is so slow you cannot even access it most of the time and they charge to add additional devices to the room?? The beds are extremely uncomfortable and only one uncomfortable pillow is provided. The refrigerator does not work either and the AC unit cannot be regulated which makes the room freezing cold. I feel uncomfortable with the coldness of the staff and do not even feel it would be beneficial to bring forward any issues with them as they haven’t been friendly or caring in any way. Compared to other Hong Kong hotels I feel this one falls short in nearly every category. Cleanliness is bad, comfort is bad, location is inconvenient, WiFi is horrendous, staff is not friendly, value is bad. I understand booking something on a budget but this hotel was not even cheap for what it is. Hard to believe this place can call itself 4 stars in such a high class city when this is more like a 1 star place.
