I spent 6 beautiful days in Regency Palace Hotel. The food is really good and amazing service. The staff was very helpful and very professional. The room had a fantastic view, everything very clean with a vintage vibe. The room service was very good and fast. They have a beautiful rooftop lounge with an amazing view, nice cocktails (you need to try the amaretto sour), excellent food (try the dynamite shrimps!!)and good music! The lobby is a classic, I loved that old school vibe!!

The room was clean and quiet. Breakfast in the morning was amazing. About an hour from the airport.

Not luxurious at all. I am assuming other reviewers never have been to a universal standard for 5 star hotels because this is not it. This place does not look like the pictures, it is old and not in a good way. The service was unremarkable. The tables dirty; the buffet dirty and stale. Just super run down and in need of maintenance. A/c is okay. Bed okay. Toilet works sometimes, shower super small and rusty. Room super small and equivalent to a motel 6. Great for a budget hotel, but more like 2-star, but this is not what we were expecting nor paid for and truly disappointed at Kensington. Also not even close to walkable. So you are stuck. I’ll add more “real” pictures later.
