I had an exceptional experience at this hotel during my China trip. The thoughtful gesture of a pre-stay call to inquire about any special occasion allowed them to prepare a personalized welcome with small gifts and decorations. They even considered our cushion preferences. The hotel's restaurants offered a diverse breakfast selection, and the lunch buffet featured impressive choices, including a delightful hotpot and a tempting array of desserts. Additionally, the Chinese restaurant upstairs served outstanding dishes, and the staff went above and beyond by preparing a dish's chili into oil and flakes for us to take home. A truly memorable stay with attentive service and excellent dining options.

Amazing hotel. Excellent service. Delicious food. Live music in the evening in a stylish bar. Swimming pool and steam room were private and clean. I enjoyed my stay there and would recommend it.
