My husband and I stayed for a week. Very clean. Very strong signal Wi-Fi. The staffs on receptionist to Murad "morning breakfast"to room service All of Them Very Helpful and friendly. The staffs on receptionist all of them helped us in many many different ways even they Said if you are out of hotel and need anything Call Us to help you. All the employee in the hotel work with love and caring. Anytime we asked for anything we had it in few minutes! It was a great time All the staffs and hotel deserve 5 STARS

We booked triple room (1 queen bed and 1 single bed) but instead what the people at reception gave us was a room with queen bed and a 3 foot long sofa after arguing with staff a reception for 1 hour they gave us what we wanted and the reception people were realy rude and the wifi didnt even connect to our devices and showed wifi security issue which is the hotels wifi problem. Overall not satisfied with the stay

The location is great. In the center, everything is around us. Maybe the rooms are smaller than expected and at mid night, sometimes it got noisy from the pubs around, some music was on till 2 AM. The staff are great and helpful.
