The best guest house in Rome! Everything was explained to the smallest detail, the positivity of the hostess gave me a lot of positive energy as well. I recommend it to the max. Thank you even for the welcoming gifts💫

Stayed here for a couple of nights in early July because of its value and area (12 min walk from Colosseum, 5 min to nearest bus stop). And it exceeded my expectations from start to finish! Incredibly sincere, friendly, and courteous staff who just wants to make sure you have a good experience from start to finish. Phenomenal wi-fi, POWERFUL AC, and guest service! Valentina who runs the bookings is very proficient in English and was incredibly helpful with meeting my needs as best as her and her family could. Mini-fridge was stocked with free drinks daily and they even tidied up my room and made it look brand new even though I never asked and was there for 2 nights! I was blown away! The space was nice and open, great for solo or two travelers. The only issue I had was the shower pressure and hot water being finicky due to their outrageous heat wave. There’s a little trick to pump out hot water faster by also turning on the sink to hot to get it out faster, but even then it wasn’t reliable so quick showers to utilize the hot water were necessary. They tried their best to fix it but I understand given the situation that this was out of their immediate control. So I don’t fault them for it. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5. I would visit again! Especially with how helpful Valentina and her family were who run the place!

Perfectly comfortable room, very safe and secure, PRIME location. Minutes away all the magical spots to visit on your first trip to Rome. Get an e-bike tour while you're there. Mind blowing.

A+ experience, from the airport pick-up to every small detail requested and flexibility extended as a courtesy. Accommodation is ideally located close to FAO, secure, with a laid back atmosphere and privacy. The accommodation met and surpassed my expectation and Valentina was experienced and supportive without being intrusive. I had a very positive experience visiting Italy for work because to the comfort of my accommodations and this is where my husband and I will stay, when we return on holiday!
