I stayed here last week for one night and had a great experience. Everything is clean, the view was pretty, breakfast was good, location is great, it's right downtown. Some things to keep in mind: - The entrance is on a very busy narrow street, so taxi drop off and pick up can be tricky because they can't stop for long. - The owners/staff are not there 24/7 since this is a smaller place, so you have to arrange with them when you check in/check out. That being said, they are very accommodating and figure out how to make it work. - Breakfast is not like a buffet at bigger hotels, you tell them in advance what you'd like and you get it in the morning

I had a great 2 nights stay. Short walk from station, spoilt for choices for food/drinks nearby and most importantly great service from the hosts. Clear explanation during check-in process and a nice daily breakfast. Rooms were modern, nice, quiet and clean. Thank You. I will definitely book again when I go back to Florence city.

RL has an excellent central location and within easy walking distance of most of the tourist attractions in Florence. Our room was clean, modern and spacious. The terrace has a fantastic rooftop view. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of options. The staff were friendly and so helpful.
