Staying at this hotel in Venice was an absolute delight! The location was perfect. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. I also appreciated the hotel's attention to detail, ensuring that our stay was nothing short of exceptional. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Venice!

Pretty little Inn in the heart of Venice. We stayed two nights. Our room was comfortable and nicely decorated. Had an excellent shower! Breakfast service was excellent! The inn and room were overall very comfortable and appealing. The staff were very helpful with all of our needs and made it easy for us to check in even though we arrived late, after the desk was closed. They made recommendations for restaurants and helped us figure out the vaporetto water bus system. I would just point out that we had to pay in cash, which had been written on the reservation confirmation but wasn’t too clear on the booking website. So we ended up having to take a cash withdrawal to make the payment. That was the only glitch with our stay and I would highly recommend staying here. Just make sure to bring your cash.

First off the location is the best thing about this place. St Marco square is just a 3-4 min walk and also all the major attractions in Venice. The staff were super friendly, well mannered and guided us every single step during our stay in Venice. Leonardo and Federico were super helpful and I never heard ‘no’ for anything I asked. The hotel decor is lavish and utilizes the most out of the space it spans upon. Typical grandeur vibes with old architecture and settings. The breakfast options were quite satisfactory but nothing vast. The room looked amazing and super clean. To summarize, the location is one of the best. The staff will help you with almost anything and they are very attentive. Highly recommend!

I recently stayed at the Relais Venezia with my partner for part of our honeymoon. The central location provides a great place to begin exploring Venice, the hotel is centrally located close to St Mark's square. Our room was very comfortable, the hotel is modern, clean and well presented throughout. The staff who work at this hotel helped to ensure we had a fantastic start to our honeymoon. Federico provided clear communication prior to our arrival, once at the hotel he took the time to provide recommendations about the city for drinking and dining, he was professional and kind with a good sense of humour. We met other members of the team over the next couple of days, all of the staff who work at the hotel were kind and polite and helped to ensure that we had a wonderful trip to Venice. I would finally add that the hotel provided a welcome drink, to toast our honeymoon. They also helped to arrange a private water taxi for us on the final day, this was very much appreciated. Thank you to the team at Relais Venezia. We had a wonderful stay and we would definitely recommend them.
