Great stay in an unbeatable location! Perfect for solo travelers. Felt very safe and secure. The front desk is very friendly and willing to help (most speak English or use a translator). The capsules are MUCH ROOMIER than they appear, and as long as you bring ear plugs and a sleep mask you will have no issues getting rest. The lockers are a bit tight but you should be able to fit a carryon sized bag without issue. Finally, Sugzyama at the front desk went above and beyond in helping me make an arrangement for another part of my itinerary. Phenomenal customer service.

Good price for location & clean capsules. It's located in Koreatown, full of delicious korean food! 10mins walk from Kabukicho. Because of the price, you get some travellers who are not considerate or unaware of the capsule culture. I can hear some people packing their luggage / bag within the capsule itself. Walls are very thin, not as soundproof as the cabin hotels. I stayed for 8 nights and it was a little troublesome trodding up & down between showers, capsule & reception but you get used to it. I appreciate the foc waters on site. Showers were mostly kept clean but it needs maintenance - can see mold & peeling rubber. Towels & linen smells clean. The pajamas on the other hand, stinks. Smells like it hasn't been washed at all but i still wore them to save on laundry. The reception smells ripe too, it needs some refreshing. There was only 1 washer dryer combo unit. It didn't seem like it was heavily used. I didn't have trouble doing my laundry. Locker can fit my medium sized luggage. It has a separate locker above for shoes. Overall I'd recommend it for short stays but you'd have trouble organising your luggage due to the limited space.

My first time staying in a capsule hotel. 30hr layover and not feeling like sleeping in a chair at the airport. The price was good, location Great, staff very friendly, very clean, and a good night's sleep. I was surprised as I am very wide through the shoulders. It was comfortable and large enough not to feel trapped. Overall would definitely stay again.

👍Good: near Shinjuku, and near JR station, clean and tidy 😑Otherwise: the space design is not a very relaxed or friendly place for casual traveler I checked in pretty late, at 11 pm, but the folks at the front desk weren't all that friendly or good at explaining what's what around here. They expect you to follow the instructions on the paper they hand you. Now, here's the deal: if you're a traveler who likes things easy and comfortable, this capsule hotel might not be your cup of tea. You can't eat or do much in the bed to keep it clean, and getting to your luggage in the locker is a bit of a hassle. Plus, you've got to trek to another floor for a shower or washing up. It's not exactly like those cozy hostels with comfy beds, room for your stuff, and a nice hangout spot. But if you're all about keeping things organized, this place might suit for you. (Especially for Japanese travelers I think) By the way, it took me a good 5 minutes to figure out how to use the power socket in the capsule, and I noticed other travelers having the same struggle.
