Good location. But the room was so so small for 2 people or even 1 luggage and for this size it was too pricey. No elevator so you need to carry your (heavy) luggage by small stair steps. The room wasn't that clean and not sure if the pillows were clean but I felt not... also they're 2 useless chairs in the tiny room

I was a bit worried because I had seen different opinions and reviews. I must say this hotel was great. The room was good and clean (in my case it had courtains that did not ley the light in), enough space. The toilet was very clean too. The people at the reception were very friendly. They spoke good English (not necessarily a given in Japan) and even one of them very good Spanish. They were so helpful (they even picked up a parcel for me). The very best of this hotel is the location: right in Shinjuku (walking distance from shops bars and the station) but in a very calm street. Would definitely recommend and if I'm going back to Tokyo, I'll stay there again.

3 days at this hotel. For me with my wife, it's economics to stay at this hotel since our day in this hotel since we keep walking in Tokyo in the day. There is a convenient store near this hotel and there is a cooking set in the room which is a strong point for this hotel. Another good factor is the place near to the Shinjuku station 👌
