Roppongi is were the young beautiful and business people enjoy a night out on the town. It's always busy and have a lot of food options near by. I would stay here again. Loved the view and how easy it was to get around town. There is a lot of things to do. Go out on the town and have a good night. Be mindful that most clubs and exclusive bars have a cover fee for entry. This hotel is classy and busy often so book it for your time in Tokyo. If you check in early, try to ask for a room that faces the Tokyo tower it is a great view that this hotel offers. Also, try to get a higher floor so that you have a nicer view. The room set up is small but the massage chair made me book this place. I love the location, it is easy to get to anywhere in the city. There are a lot of food options in this area and I would stay here again if I were staying in Tokyo. It is a business area so you will see a lot of businessmen and youth going to the clubs during the weekends. I wanted to avoid very popular shopping areas this is a great location.

I like the location & easy to find. Getting in & out of the car is easy. Finding subway / metro is convinient. The room was standard size for the price & Tokyo. The only thing I was not happy about is during my check out time, there’s this Thai accent woman who serve me and literally speak with higher tone with me. I was frustrated to deal with her. I wish the hotel in Japan who hired non Japanese people as their front desk TRAIN them the real Japanese customer service. I do not want to deal with her anymore. I do re-check in again after two days taking my trip to Fuji. I’m grateful I didn’t met her anymore until the end of my stay. For that reason I can’t give 5 stars. Thank you

Love the massage chair!! It’s clean but not sparklingly clean, while is spacious and comfy bed & pillow. Only within 3-12mins to multiple subway lines. Many restaurants around and is convenient. Sauna bathhouse is 12mins walk away. Overall was a very pleasant stay, and will try other spots of the chain or come stay again.
