I can only assume all previous comments are from people who stayed one or maximum 2 nights! Room size was not an issue (Tokyo standard) the issue is NOWHERE to put clothes. One tiny bedside drawer and a wardrobe for hanging clothes only. This is a good overnight hotel in a really good location but think twice before contemplating a longer visit.

Lovely hotel close to trains and subway. Room was nice. Staff lovely and helpful. Minus one star for cleaning service. Room floor was dirty and bathroom floor had same used tissues for several days.

This hotel is stunning. For a Mercure i am very impressed. As a diamond Accor member I got access to their lounge which is lovely. The deserts are by far the best. Staff are absolutely lovely. I had my suitcase transported from the Mercure in Osaka to this hotel and it was in the room waiting for me. The rooms are brand new and stunning and the breakfast is great too. I highly recommend. Please note a lot if the photos on google are not the real photos. The hotel is far better then the ones from zenhotel, I believe they have photos of a completely different hotel. Ph and great location about 5 mine max walk to many train stations and 5 minutes to Giza.

A cozy room in the heart of Tokyo. This hotel faces to several stations so that travellers can easily access the public transportation. Famous restaurants are across to the hotel, we can fully enjoy the gourmet whrere the local people go. Welcoming employees are there, and they are reallly good at English. I really want to give huge thanks to Christophe who has really kindly helped us during the stay!

This hotel is so poor. They act like they are fancy hotel serving ala carte breakfast but everything on the menu is not available anymore even at 9 AM, while they only start at 7AM. Then the only option for breakfast are eggs and the neverchanging salad cereal fruit and toasts. It's just not worth the room price you have to pay. Even ibis have better breakfast than this hotel. Update: at 8.30AM the main menu is already not available. 1 crew explained that the guests were so many they sold out everything. And then a higher rank crew gave different explanation saying that the menu is not daily menu, only available a few days in a week. I don't know which one of them lied.
