Love this hotel. Very convenient to the airport. Also was the friendliest service all around of the several Orlando hotels I stayed at during a recent work trip. The restaurant was great. I had what probably was the best French Toast I’ve ever tasted - made with Cuban bread. Will definitely stay here again.

I stayed at this beautiful hotel for 2 days last week and 2 days this week and have reservations to stay here again for the last 2 days of this month. I travel a lot and being a Titanium member reflects my loyalty to various Marriott brand hotels. My preference is to stay at a Renaissance Hotel whenever possible. This hotel (Marriott Renaissance Orlando Airport Hotel) is great! Last week I enjoyed the breakfast buffet. It was delicious! When I checked in last week, I was greeted by a member of the Front Desk Staff named “Luis”. He went out of his way to make my check-in process easy. He explained all of the hotel’s many wonderful amenities. Today, I was lucky enough to speak with another Front Desk Staff member named “Raul”. He cheerfully went out of his way to assist me, including having extra sets of towels sent up to my room. Just when I thought that the great service that I had already received couldn’t be surpassed, I was pleasantly surprised when the towels that I had ordered were delivered to my room by a member of the Housekeeping Staff named “Richard”! He was a great as the whipped cream on top of a delicious milkshake. He was very friendly, polite, and professional. As he handed my the items that I requested, he had a sincere smile on his face and asked if there was anything else that I needed. All 3 of the gentlemen that I have mentioned are, in my opinion, great assets to this hotel and are a big part of the reason why this particular hotel will always be my choice when I need a hotel in Orlando.

4 star hotel? Absolutely not. The lobby is amazing and all employees are absolutely amazing, however the rooms are lack luster. Upon arrival the bed had hair all over and in it, the toilet had urine stains and the shower had trash in it. The front desk was very helpful with getting it cleaned and changing the sheets but the shower remained the same. Even after watching the house keeping change the sheets, there was still visible hair and stains on the new sheets. The floors in the room could also use a mop. The best thing about this hotel is the location and the friendly staff.

Awesome, stay here at the Renaissance Orlando hotel. From our driver who picked us up from the airport, very courteous and friendly. Hotel accommodations were what we needed for this stay. Room was appointed, beds comfortable. Bathroom shower needs some updating as the faucets were very leaky in the shower and water backed up into shower due to slow drainage. Front desk associates were very welcoming and I would stay here on my next stay in Orlando. Happy holidays.

We had just checked into (and immediately out of) a filthy hotel close by. Being cautious, we asked if we could see the rooms in advance of checking in. Raul was most understanding and accommodating!! Our adjoining rooms were clean and spacious. Tea/coffee service, microwave and fridge were in each of the rooms- helpful with family travel. Housekeeping was lovely. Many restaurants close by within walking distance. The shuttle service to the airport was prompt. Unfortunately, I forgot a personal item in my room after checking out and Jacqueline couldn’t have been more helpful in locating it and sending it to me by FedEx. Your staff made our experience memorable. Thank you!
