Great location with nice views from my 11th floor room. Parking at the city deck right across the street was convenient and much more affordable than the valet. The room was nice, though many towels had snags and rips, which seemed out of place for a nicer hotel. The bed comforter also had a blood stain and the fitted sheet was put on inside out. I asked that the comforter be replaced and wrongly assumed the bed would be made after. They just set it folded on the bed. Minor issues, but I expected better housekeeping service.

Beautiful lobby, comfortable rooms, fantastic staff (shoutout to Carlyle)! The second you walk in the beautiful scent puts you in a good mood. Beds are really comfortable, water pressure is great, and the gym/fitness centre is really well equipped. Concierge lounge is bright and nicely decorated. Staff are super friendly and professional. Parking garage is right across the street ($8 overnight + $16 daytime— no in/out privileges), or you can choose valet for $41. Loved this hotel and would highly recommend it.

The room is very clean and the beds are quite comfortable. There's also a really pretty effect on the ceiling from the parking garage across the street! But the curtains are all torn to shreds, weird chairs are in the room that can't be sat in comfortably, there's a single drunk octopus hook in the whole bathroom, and they charge for water which is kinda cheap. This place was probably a lot cooler before it became another asset to a giant hotel corporation that cares nothing for style or service and exclusively for profit margins.

Definitely one of the better hotels I have stayed in. High ceilings and a lot of room in the rooms. Comfortable beds and pillows. A nice TV. Great room design. I had a great view from my room of Pittsburgh. I parked across the street in the parking structure but parking is easy to get to. There is a bar and restaurant downstairs and there is coffee downstairs in the morning (that you have to pay for). Would definitely stay again.

Located in the beautiful historic building, this hotel was unique inside out. I appreciated the fact that there is a parking garage right across the street with flat rate and abundance of parking spots. The receptionist was friendly and professional, I feel valued being their customer. I enjoyed the view from my room, even though my room wasn’t on a high floor and there was a bit noise coming from the street. Their breakfast was very good, my foodie friend and I were both impressed; the service wasn’t bad even though they were understaffed that day. One small complaint was that I wished there was someone at the door helping travelers with many items to open the main doors entering the lobby, since the doors aren’t automatic. It didn’t feel as welcoming as I anticipated from the outside of the entrance and felt almost confusing.
