Where do I begin? The Renaissance exceeded my expectations. My reservation was upgraded and the view we had was to die for, especially at night. Breakfast was delicious, fresh and plentiful. The attendants were thoughtful, anticipates our needs and after the first day, they knew to have a pot of coffee waiting for me. The gym was adequate, with a nice mix of cardio machines, weight machines and dumbbells. There was also room to stretch out. I forgot some items in my room after checkout and they found them and set them aside for me to pick up the next day. All in all it was an amazing stay and I will definitely be going back

We really enjoyed our stay at the Renaissance. The location is great, and allows easy walkability for sight seeing. We had a corner room, which gave great views of some of the surrounding buildings. The breakfast brunch was amazing, and had a lot of options. We were there on our honeymoon, and the hotel manager made sure to make our stay feel extra special. Overall, great rooms, good location, and great breakfast!

The area is nice and the location is walkable to some pretty cool spots like that famous Market on the water (name eludes me) and lots of shopping. Can easily catch a ride share if you don’t feel like walking. The public spaces are beautiful and luxurious, the restaurants seem nice as well. Room service was pretty good too.

When I read all these reviews that say this hotel wasn't luxurious, I get the feeling that I'm some kind of peasant. This hotel was amazing. Free variety of snacks provided by the elevators for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Elevators were quick to arrive, not a long wait at all during my stay. Was gifted with free chocolates and sodas in my room. Room was clean, heater worked well, shower pressure was great, and staff was lovely.

We were charged 76$ for an average quality breakfast Buffett after the waiter told us it was included with the room. When I went to the front desk to complain I was ultimately told they couldn’t do anything about it and to email a complaint. Location was great. Room quality was not the best. The cover on the air conditioner kept falling off the wall, the tv was slow to load, sofa was uncomfortable to sit on and only two drawers available to put clothes in. They charge an extra $50 a night to park. The staff was all very friendly.
