The location is quite good, very close to a mall and some other shops along the road. However, 5star is over rated when it comes to the room and services, room service doesn’t speak and understand english, reception has only one who can understand (at least in my time). Smells like cigarrette even if you go outside. Room toiletries has everything except toothbrush set, shave set and bidet. Room design is quite old. Pool has separate entrance for men and women.

Laundry miss understanding ,they would not even try to work out problem management was robotic,rude and cut throat. Need to modernize hotel ,lounge very inconsistent hrs, food not good in lounge. Breakfast well I have had way better. Location is great.
