I stayed here in 2022 for 3 nights, absolutely amazing hotel with outstanding service and lovely staff always willing to help as best they can. Loved it that much I haven't even considered other hotels, as soon as I knew I was traveling to Bangkok this year I decided to book my stay with Reno as it's always such a pleasant experience. 10 out of 10 would recommend in a heartbeat, this hotel deserves all the praise in my opinion. Looking forward to staying here in Feb 2024

The hotel is located on a one way road, so it was not the most convenient when the road to the hotel was blocked. I only stayed 2 nights and requested a quiet room because I sleep with the window open. The room has doubled glass windows so they can block all the noises pretty well. When I sleep during the night, I could still hear cars and motorbikes passing by. However, it was surprisingly quiet considering that we are it the heart of the city. The water pressure was good. Hot water turned on immediately. The bed was super comfortable. 👍🏽

Amazing price/quality ratio! The rooms are big and clean and the location is great as it’s very close to a skytrain station but still very quiet. Also, they even have a cafe that is within the hotel that serves delicious specialty coffee. We were very happy with our 5-day stay at this hotel and would come back again in a heartbeat.

Price-quality this hotel is great. The rooms are very clean, the beds are soft, everything is modern. The pool is quite nice, however, there are only 2 sun loungers and the pillows you see on the pictures won't be there in reality (not when we visited). The staff is OK, they aren't super friendly but they aren't unfriendly either. The location is great, close to the MRT and the shopping malls.
