Small rooms however lovely hotel, friendly and attentive staff as well as an awesome location. Recommend and would stay there again in the future!

Great location, smooth check-in and the room were clean, But the reason why I gave it 3 stars is because of our horrible night being bitten by Mosquitos all night. We couldn't notice the amount of Mosquitos in the room until the next morning; we didn't extend our stay and moved to another hotel. I spoke to the receptionist, but she didn't speak English. We were on the third floor, and we didn't open any windows because it was so cold outside. I guess the cleaner opened the windows when they cleaned the rooms and brought all the mosquitos inside the room.

This property is centrally located, just in the shadow of the Duomo. It is more of an apartment and not a hand holding hotel, perfect for the self directed traveler. We had a large spacious room with a king bed that required a road map. The room and bathroom private bathroom were clean, and the staff were pleasant and accommodating. We are very pleased and will return. Ciao

We stayed at the Residenza Della Signoria while in Florence in June, 2016 and had a room with a view of the Duomo. It was in a prime location, had pleasant and very accommodating management and staff, and also a central kitchen in case you had "take-away", fruit, drinks, etc. to store in the frig. Room was clean and quiet, and encourage guests to take advantage of the 3.5 EUR breakfast at bakery on the street next to the Residenza and also Perche No! - the best gelato in town.
