My family and I stayed for four nights this October at Residenza Frattina, and loved our stay. The location was really great. A lot of dining and shopping options within walking distance, and near a bus stop as well. There is not a front desk, but I communicated frequently and quickly via WhatsApp with the customer service. They went above and beyond to help us with booking transportation, moving rooms (due to an error on our part when we booked) and any other questions I had. Their prompt response and kindness really impressed me. The building is really neat, they had a nice lobby area to hang out in, a small fish pond at ground level, and interesting rooms. The mini fridge with water bottles, Nespresso coffee maker, wifi, and complimentary snacks and slippers were appreciated. This was our first trip to Rome and I would go back and stay there in a heartbeat.

This was an amazing stay. We stayed here for a week. The location is absolutely perfect!!!! considering they don’t have a front desk reception you’d think that it would be a difficult stay, but that wasn’t the case at all! The staff were always there on message/phone with any questions or concerns! We got an airport transfer and it brought us to our hotel this was an easy set up and very convenient. The room was cleaned daily and such a cute room! Bottles of water were provided as well as snacks!!! I can’t say more good things about this hotel! I would stay here every time when visiting Rome. Definitely recommend. Loved it and price was reasonable.

Hotel is missy, soo scary, too old . there is no left also they are not offering iron for the residents, the AC are noisy, overall I will not recommend someone who is coming for vacation to stay here ever… better look for hotels which offer better accommodation..

We stayed in room Vaticano - it was clean, large with tall ceilings and a beautiful design. Room service was very good. The location is probably the best thing about this hotel, it was so good we did not even use public transportation for our entire stay. Communication with the host was also excellent, via Whatsapp or telephone, they were very responsive, kind, and helpful. Wifi could be better but nothing to complain about, it did a solid work.
