Nice place, clean and useful. Worth the price. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Location was great. Walked from Termini station to the residence. Staff was very helpful and gave us lots of great recommendations .

Nothing to say about the place, it matches the photos and description of it. The location is very good, close to Roma Termini and about 20 minutes walk from the Vatican. At night the area seemed safe, although it is a bit far from the heart of Rome. In my case I booked a private room for two people with shared bathrooms. Everything was very good, apart from the fact that the bed seemed a little fragile and made a little noise, but nothing that prevented me from sleeping. BUT, I must say, that the attention of the girl (light eyes) at the reception upon arrival was TERRIBLE, very unprofessional, limited in explaining the arrival protocol, zero desire to interact with people. I hope you look into that aspect. The two guys (the cleaning guy and the one who checked us out) were impeccable, very attentive and helpful. I would return.
