Words cannot describe our experience staying at Residenza Ruspoli Bonaparte- a true gem and piece of history. More like a palace than a hotel! We stayed in the Queen Ortensia Suite and it was STUNNING. Huge suite featuring 18th century artwork, king sized bed with fine linens, and modern bathroom complete with contemporary 8 jet shower system w/ rainfall and a full tub! Our butler Rodel was incredibly hospitable and made our stay even more wonderful throughout. On top of it all the location was feet away from the shopping district and Spanish Steps. Walking distance to everything. If you're searching for the perfect stay in your trip to Rome, look no further. Would give 10 stars if possible!

This is simply amazing; a real palace and so filled with atmosphere and history. The host is exceptional - please stay and listen to the tour it's both fascinating and heartbreaking the Italian government don't do more to help. I'd give this 10 stars if I could. The staircase is one of the 4 wonders of Rome. Just brilliant.
