Don't let the pretty pictures fool you! What hides behind them are bad service and conceited houskeepers. I came to this thinking I would have a luxurious stay but I had my passeport taken for 30 minutes at arrival (apparently the managers don't like morrocans or algerians). After the long wait I was given the keys to a room that wasn't as clean as you'd expect from a hotel. Complaining about that does not change anything. On top of everything, I had no hot water in the shower. I had to take showers elsewhere because of the cold water and the owners even blamed me for the broken water heating system. Needless to say, I received no reimbursement. Go somewhere else if you want to enjoy your vacation.

Great welcome from Khadidja (our housekeeper), very clean and beautiful riad plus swimming pool. Marrakechi people are very welcoming. Highly recommended!
