Really bad experience. I felt insecure all the way through my stay, there is no safe way to store your bags, the hotel is filled with crazy people who stare at you for minutes non stop, the 25 beds room is so smelly, noisy, unbreathable at night, we couldn't sleep even for a minute. The hotel promised à 6 people bedroom, we found ourselves in a 25+ people bedroom, stinky and noisy. The matresses are inflatable and uncomfortable. It gets so cold by night you gotta sleep with clothes on. The people working there do not even know a single word of english. The people sleeping there are mad people who won't stop staring for some reason. The shared WC doesn't close, there is no place to safely store your bags, i managed to steal a friend's computer just to see how bad their security was. I do not recommend and will never recommend even to the worst of my enemies, run away from this hostel if you don't wanna live a nightmare. Thanks.

The only good thing is the price and the location close to a shopping mall. But the nights will be horribly freezing inside the room, even if you wear a sweater, jacket, trousers and socks. If you ask for thicker blankets (the ones available are for a summer night in the Sahara) they will tell you they don't have it. Additionally, you will sleep in an inflatable mattress. You WILL NOT sleep well, so the price difference with other options is not worth it. The worst hostel in Madrid because of the aforementioned reason: You will FREEZE.

Hostel with air mattress, uncomfortable and makes a LOT of noise when moving, which makes it much worse in the room that must have about 20 beds. The service from the staff is great, both the girls and a shorter guy, except for the service from one employee, a taller man who stays in the early hours of the morning, who is super arrogant, there were times when he told me to shut up and in another situation he pulled me by the arm so I wouldn't go into the bathroom, as I just wanted to get something I had forgotten, he also used the bathroom for a long time as if it were his house. It has 2 bathrooms for about 20 people, the shared refrigerator is full of things, impossible to use, the internet is horrible, the locker is a room that is locked and you always have to ask someone to open it and the staff doesn't speak English. I don't recommend it, you're sure to regret it. I believe it is my worst hostel experience.

You will find bad reviews of this place but people forget one important thing - this is a 12€/night accommodation outside the center. What do you expect? Yes, the matresses are noisy because they are inflatable and it distrupts the sleep so as people snoring but put earplugs. Showers and toilets are very clean + they have a small kitchen to use. If you go for very cheap place to stay for one night and dont care about the location, this is the one to choose, typical 3/5
