Even if the room is a little dated and small, everything can be scrapped off when customer service is beyond great! The front desk lady officer was warm, quick and even upgraded my room. There are free refillable water bottles on each floor, the room has a microwave and mini fridge and it was cozy, comfy and feels homey. I'd be more than happy to stay in this hotel again.

Rooms were a little small. Perfect location around downtown. Our view was along the river and facing Trump hotel. Valet parking was 53$/night otherwise 30$ with self parking which was 2 blocks away on Randolph. The bed was a bit firm but the pillows were the kind that sunked in which made it a bit uncomfortable. Super quiet, elevators took a bit from all the floors. Very nice as you have to swipe your hotel car to use elevator. Staff was super friendly. Overall would stay here again hoping they'd upgrade bed and pillows.

This hotel is in the most attractive location in Chicago. Surrounded by modern and traditional buildings, next to the beautiful Riverwalk, it is close to lots of attractions, excellent restaurants, shopping places....... My room is big and well equipped. The hotel provides a self serve fancy coffee machine, which is rare and a nice treat to its guests. I tried to make different drinks a few times and loved it. Hotel services were nice, people were very friendly and helpful. I will choose it again next time.

Pedro was very helpful with our check-in and helped us solve an issue with housekeeping (There is a number to text to request housekeeping service but we received a “Sure np” and didn’t get the room cleaned till two days later). Water in the shower wasn’t super warm and the amenities were simple, plus there were only two lifts available to take us to our floor and that meant multiple stops on a single elevator ride each time. BUT the location was so convenient and really served as a plus point. Would recommend for those who like to travel a lot and not spend too much time in the hotel.
