One of the worst Hotels i booked, if you are use to classy well respected hotels you should NOT BOOK This Hotel…. Rooms are nicely decorated But not clean… If you are a Responsible Classy female PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL… The price is also high for this property…. I booked 12 nights I checked out in 8 hours… They offer Airport pickup, when you get the the counter the guy is too busy playing games and not paying attention to the client waiting and calling him to get this attention, and when you finally get him to notice you he say oh the shuttle just had to go on a quick run white waiting for you… I must say The only good thing was breakfast and the staff serving breakfast… I do not recommend this hotel… for many reasons…

Worst experience ever i got food poisoning and started vomiting in the hotel I have called DRs and Nurses they have for me IV after a day I was shocked that the manager of security ( Tarik) enters to my room with a lady insulting me that i am doing something not except able that i am vomiting and making dirt. so i was asked in very rude way to leave the i just want to ask Mr Tarik or one of his family members were sick will he accept someone to treat them like that. Any way i don’t recommend at all. Please all tourists avoid this place cuz they will disrespect you . An advise to the hotel management train your team on hospitality and communication skills .
