Went for vacation with my family. Best experience even in a hotel. Great Service! Rooms are comfortable always clean. The Staff is amazing! Always willing to go the extra mile for you. The location is perfect, if you want to walk around all the nearby stores and restaurants. The drinks at the new bar are awesome! The restaurant is a little bit pricey but worth it. We had breakfast included and the variety exceeded my expectations! Highly recommend! You won't be disappointed.

The “view” from my window was a staircase. And I couldn’t even sleep because of loud voices. But after a couple of hours the staff reached out to me to offer a different room which had a great street view with big windows where I could sleep well. Thanks again for the immediate support and kind offer!

The hotel is in the best location and a historic building filled with charm. The rooms are beautiful. However, unfortunately they put us on the fourth floor with no view looking at a wall. I believe if there’s going to be a room facing the wall that should be at least a tree in the courtyard or some attempt should be made so you’re not looking at a wall. However, I would recommend this hotel as the gusts are amazing and the design is exquisite.

I stayed for 5 nights at Hotel Amigo with a high hope, for I had great experiences with RF hotels in other places in Europe. My experience with Hotel Amigo is totally opposite. Check-in was good and room was ready early enough for us to settle in. Location was the best as it is right next to Grand place. Well, that is it for the positivity of this hotel. Room was out dated and didn't feel anything like other RF hotels, not even for typical 5 star hotel s. Bed was not comfortable, as it was so soft. A/C made a huge loud noise all night long, which made my sleep impossible. Amenities were missing several times of our stay, so I had to call and order. Lobby was very small and not quite welcoming. Fitness center is bare minimum and not quite useful. Overall, my stay at Hotel Amigo was not pleasant!
