Lovely clean hotel with a very comfortable bed! Thanks to the staff for their great hospitality and a surprise free room upgrade on check in! Will definitely stay again on future visits to Brussels! Also, on check out the hotel offered to store our bags for the day due to our train back home not being till later in the evening which was lovely and the lovely man at the desk offered us cold bottles of water to take with us on out travels for the day! Hats off to the staff again!

My wife is a very picky germaphobe and prefers who hotel rooms in the larger American style and this hotel delivered on all accounts. We arrived a little later in the evening and got a very nice welcome and quick check-in from staff. It was a rainy and cold night, and our room was so warm and cozy even with the big size. Having a couch, chair, coffee table, and small dining table with separate chairs in addition to the king size bed was so nice to relax in. The toilet was in a separate, smaller room than the shower and tub bathroom, which was a very big room with two sinks. Everything was very clean. The location was walking distance to many restaurants and the trams. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. If we find ourselves in Brussels again, I will definitely be staying here.

Awesome stay! Great value for the room - we had a private sauna in our room! Walkable to all the trams to get wherever we needed and lots of local little cafes and dinner spots! It’s right on the busy street so a little bit of noise at times but we enjoyed this stay!

My recent stay at the Thon Hotel Bristol Stephanie was an absolute dream! From flawless service to supremely comfortable beds, every detail was perfection. The staff's warmth and attentiveness truly stood out. From check-in to check-out, their genuine care made me feel like a VIP. The room was an oasis of luxury, with tasteful decor and stunning views that left me in awe. Oh, and the beds! They were heavenly – I haven't slept so soundly in ages. The breakfast was an absolute highlight, a feast for both eyes and taste buds. The on-site restaurant's culinary creations were so exceptional that I've already decided to revisit, even when not staying at the hotel. The hotel's prime location made exploring the city a breeze, and I relished every moment. In a nutshell, Thon Hotel Bristol Stephanie redefines hospitality perfection. I can't wait to return to this haven of bliss!
