Checked in owner was very personable. Made sure we had everything we need. Rooms have been recently updated and looked better than the pictures online. We stayed in the Jacuzzi room. And it was very nice for the price.

I'll start off by saying... As a homeless veteran in MI I am very thankful to have a warm bed to sleep in in the month of December!?!? The staff for the most part are courteous and helpful. Affordable, get what you pay for... I think the motel as a whole could do a little "fall clean up" with who and what are on the premises(Read between the lines).... Other than that the only minor thing I can say is take breakfast off website, as it does not exist ha ha

The Appletree Inn is the only place I will stay in Saginaw, Michigan. The customer service from every single person who works there is like VIP treatment every step of the way. This newly re-modeled hotel is within walk-in distance from the most popular restaurants and shopping stores. Check-in was fast and simple, the room was very clean and comfortable and there wasn’t any more I could ask for. You can park right outside your room and use keyless entry. Staff is very accommodating and friendly. I love when businesses are competitive and work hard to earn business. This place is 5 out of 5. Great price, and very willing to make sure you have a great customer experience. I highly recommend this place.

I was looking for something affordable & clean & I found apple tree inn, when I got here I had issues with my reservation not showing up in the computer in which Fehim at the front desk was so helpful and respectful about making sure he found it & even though I wanted to panic thinking I was going to be screwed he made sure I was comfortable & knew my family would be okay. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels this month waiting for my home, but Fehim made this experience one of the best yet. If you’re looking for somewhere understanding, clean, friendly & the best of hospitality stop looking! It’s worth it!
