Roma Royal Residence

A very decent B&B in the heart of Rome with breakfast included! The location of the B&B is excellent, right in the heart of Rome, adjacent to Via Nazionale. A very nice breakfast is included in the rate. The room is comfortable and pleasant to stay in. There is a small balcony - Huge advantage for smokers! The staff is really nice and tries his best to answer any questions and fulfill any requests. If you're looking for a modest yet decent place to stay in the heart of the Rome, B&B Roma Royal Residence is definitely the place for you! But if you're the spoiled type (even a bit) and like to treat and pamper yourself, you would want to find a better place (with an additional cost, of course). The shower cabin is quite small and for me being 190cm high it was pretty crampy. The plumbing needs an urgent renovation as the faucets and the shower head in my room were old, rusty and leaking. The housekeeper didn't top up the toilet paper rolls nor refilled the soap/shampoo dispensers during my stay. Having no choice, I had to go to the storage to get these by myself. The owner did apologize to me for that, explaining that she recently replaced the housekeeping staff.

Simply put it was one of the best hotels i had opportunity to visit. Contact with owner and staff was superb, even though we arrived before acceptable hour, we could not only leave our luggage inside our room, but it was prepared in express time. Cleanliness is top notch as well, rooms were in perfect condition after each service visit. Room by itself was very atmospheric and large, with climatic view from the window. Location is great, Rimini Railway Station is less than 10 minutes from hotel, tourist attractions are similarly close, Di Trevi fountain and Colloseum took us approximately 11 minutes to get to. If you are looking for a great place to stay during your visit in Rome, I wholeheartedly recommend Roma Royal Residence. We will definietly come to You again!
