This is a great place for your time in Rome. The room are really nice, lots of room and a comfy bed. Check in was super easy and it is the perfect location since it is so close to Termini Station. Getting on the Metro and getting to airport is super simple and fast! I would stay here again!

Reasonably priced, safe clean room in a great location near the main train station. Tiny mini fridge is very handy. Initially apprehensive about check-in arrangements, but all very slick and convenient. Be prepared to have correct amount of cash for hotel taxes.

I don’t want to leave a 5-star review because it means this beautiful guesthouse will be booked out next time I want to come! Sadly we were ill when we came for our one-night stay, which made the high quality of the room all-the-more important as we weren’t going to be heading outside. Check-in was east (and early) and the building felt secure in what seemed a bit of a dodgy but very convenient area.

So, I waited till the last minute for our stop in Rome, wanted a hotel vs air b and b but my choices were slim and expensive. What a lovely surprise Vespahouse was. The reviews are spot on! Big beautiful and very clean rooms. Way better than a hotel! They are right by Termini station and you can take the good with the bad being right by train station. Air conditioning was perfect and Rome is sizzling right now. Extremely secure and safe building! Do not judge this book by its cover!!! Super easy check in and a place to drop bags if needed! No more hotels for me in Roma! Will be staying at Vespahouse from now on!
