Location was great. Near Colosseum with 10mins walk, lots of buses to popular tourist spots, Trastever, and near metro. Room is small but clean, good for 2 pax only I think but if youre going outside whole day I think still is value for money. Room and bathroom are clean. Shower pressure is strong. They have hairdryer as well.. Aircon was quiet. There is a kitchen with fridge microwave and breakfast options like bread juices and coffee. Really thoughtful. They also helped us get transport to airport early morning which was on time. Service was good and responsive in whatsapp. Points of improvement -Very noisy with ambulances going in and out from the nearby hospital. Sound proofing can be improved. -Wish there was thin bedroom slippers and toothbrush kit Overall would still recommend 👌 thank you

Located in front of the Laterno palace, and very well connected by bus. The nearest metro in at a 10 minute walk. The Colosseum is also just 10 minutes on foot. The rooms, however, are sized like a matchbox. There's just enough place for a person to stand on either side of the bed. The rooms and bathrooms are spotlessly clean though. We kept the window open at night. D*mn how many ambulances pass by every day. Still a convenient option.

Really excellent location but rooms not very spacious and very noisy. Being woken up at 4 by horns and ambulances was not pleasant, soundproofing absent. Old and rusty balconies, cobwebs and not always excellent cleaning. Poor and poor breakfast Zero communication with the owners, sometimes necessary to ask for information and advice. Heating not adjustable by the thermostat, we were woken up in the middle of the night with terrible heat, we had to open the window to let air pass naturally hearing the surrounding noises even more

mixed experience at this guest house in the positive points: -efficient and quiet air conditioning -clean bathroom -comfortable beds -free breakfast -welcoming hosts (according to them because we haven't seen them all week) in the negatives: -sound insulation close to zero -the bedroom walls have marks and dents -the operation of certain power outlets is random -smells of cigarettes in the common areas even though smoking is prohibited (coming from the cleaning staff room) In short, I don't really recommend this hotel, especially if you have trouble sleeping with noise (knowing that the hotel is next to a main road)
