Very noisy. Couldn't sleep. No hot water, if you don't open the tap and wait for water running at least 25min. So we had to take shower with cold water every day . -No cleaning or changing towel at all during our stay (5 days) -Amoromasuite has 2 places: few rooms at via Volturno, and 3 rooms at via Flavia, 84 which is 14min from Termini station. - the reception is from 9h to 13h at via Volturno only. So for guests staying at via Flavia, nobody takes care of you. If you need something. - breakfast is not at Amoromasuite place . You need to come to a coffee shop, 14 min from via Flavia and show the breakfast voucher. They will give you 1 croissant and 1 drink only ( coffee or tea or orange juice). If you want more you should pay for it. -you have to pay 6€ city tax per person per night when check-in (it's an additional tax, even if you already paid all taxes before) They didn't tell you when booking . - Amoromasuite is a basic guesthouse, self checking with code. Room is very simple, basic, there was nothing: no drinking water. No kettle, no tea, no coffee. No cup. No glasses. - I don't recommend it.

Had to book last minute (we'll 20mins before arriving) because of the state/location of original hotel. Wasn't sure what we were going to be getting but on arrival we found the place to be what it was advertised to be, once you sus out how to get in and out and the lift(loved it) it's an ideal spot for a base for Rome, room was clean and had everything you needed, yes you hear traffic but you are in a busy city, plenty places to eat, 6 min from train station easy walks into Rome itself(would recommend Hop On Hop Bus as well) Breakfast(Italian) is a voucher for a local cafe, that was unexpected but it did the job. If I was coming back to Rome I'd definitely consider booking here again.

Extremely noisy, could hear all the cars and ppl passing, couldn’t sleep the first night at all , had to buy ear plugs . It’s was clean but very old , towels with holes . The cleaning lady from Georgia was lovely . The bed was so uncomfortable and the pillows even more , it felt literary like sleeping on a curb . The breakfast was bad and not even in the same building, had to walk a good bit to find it. In the rooms there’s a note that you can get it till 11 , but when we went at 10:30 the lady there said it finishes at 10 ! So it was gone ha . Close to the train station, trevi fountain and the coliseum. The mobile data wasn’t working at all unless you get onto the WiFi. Very overpriced for what we got !!!!!Definitely would not recommend!!!!!

Close to the metro station which was very convenient. Very expensive for what it offered. Difficult to communicate and get the key for the appartement (I spent 1 hour on the phone to understand what’s going on). The breakfast offered was packed candies and sweets from a supermarket like Lidl (you can’t really make this as a breakfast) We could clearly hear the couple into the apartment next-door chatting.

Simple clean B&B close to Termini and within a short 10 - 15 minute walk to many of the city's attractions. The rooms are within a traditional apartment block and while there is no night staff are very secure. The staff are very helpful, clearly explaining about the room, the local area and provide great tips on sightseeing. Breakfast is help yourself, continental style with a good selection of cereal, bread and pastries. Overall a good, value for money accomodation within this excellent city.
