We had a lovely 4 day trip to Rome. We stayed in this great place close to the metro. Very handy to get in and out of the centre. Very quite and the staff were great too. Breakfast was a delight Highly recommended and we will also be back there soon

Lovely little place to stay. The staff are outstanding and the rooms are nice. It’s located in a courtyard inside an apartment complex so felt super safe. Only issue really was the windows in the room are sunroofs so when it rains they close and it can get a bit stuffy inside but a small issue compared to the other wonderful things about this place. Seriously, the staff are OUTSTANDING.

Room had a bug infestation coming out of the air conditioner, flying ants everywhere and no staff present Communication was lacking, and no real response was offered other than to spray bug spray? Got a refund via Booking.com after an hour or so long phone call

Summary: Rooms are clean and bed is comfortable. But Rooms are very very noisy (we could hear anything happening in the breakfast area from our room, and the toilet noise of the other rooms) Breakfast is the worst I have seen in my life. Not professional at all. Location is bad (20min bus from the center - no bus at night) => I don't recommend Details: The room we had we had was very clean and bed was comfortable but it was extremely small, there was maybe no more than 2 sq. metres of free space. The check-in was really bad, we had to wait 15 min before someone came to open. The rooms were not heated before we arrive and they didn't even know how to turn on the heating. The bathroom was nice. The breakfast was really really bad. We couldn't eat anything except the apples that we had to wash ourselves. The pastries/bread/cheese were not fresh. You can save your breakfast at the Freddo gelato nearby. The worst thing was probably the noise. It's very very calm until someone comes to the breakfast area and the noise starts at 8 am. You can hear everything as if it was inside the room. There is no soundproofing and you can even hear the flush of the other rooms. The location is bad, far from the center especially at night where you have no choice than take an Uber. The staff was okay (nice but some don't speak english) but not professional at all - the room was not cleaned on the 2nd day - after they allowed themselves to knock at the door twice in the morning (quite aggressively the 2nd time) which is really not respectful of our privacy - in order to clean the room. Apparently no room cleaning if you want to stay at bed until 11am.
