We are currently enjoying our stay on the 19th floor of this hotel and I have to say, the housekeeping department is truly outstanding. Their attention to cleanliness is exceptional. Mr. Karim from housekeeping is doing an amazing job ensuring our room is impeccably clean. The staff are incredibly polite and kind. Kudos to the management for hiring such competent staff and ensuring the hotel operates at its best to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. Great job!

This is a great location in the middle of the city. It is right next to the tram for easy access to all the Malls in Dubai so transportation is not needed if you have a quick stay. The rooms are simple, somewhat in need of renovation as compared to what is expected for a downtown Dubai hotel. If location is a priority, then give Rose Rayhaan a try.

I had the pleasure of staying at this magnificent hotel, which I wholeheartedly recommend for its exceptional cleanliness. Its prime location enhances the experience, creating the perfect setting for a memorable stay. The hotel's dedication to cleanliness was evident, with attentive staff ensuring every space was immaculate at all times, truly reflecting their commitment to excellence in every detail. The staff, from the welcoming security personnel at the entrance to every team member I encountered, were exceptionally friendly and dedicated to providing outstanding service. The spacious rooms, complete with a fully-equipped kitchen, added a touch of home comfort. The bathroom was delightful, offering a variety of shampoos and other care products to cater to every need. Dining here was a culinary delight, with each meal being a testament to the chef's skill. Moreover, the breathtaking views added an extra layer of enchantment to my stay, making it an unforgettable experience.

What was very important to me was that you gave me the exact same room that I had seen in the photos and that I had booked, that was very valuable to me. Large corner room on the upper floors It had a unique view that I will never forget. Another thing that made our stay the best experience of our life was congratulating my wife on her birthday with a delicious cake and a postcard. You really surprised us. Thank you so much for taking care of everything. Great breakfast... Excellent staff behavior... Great location... Amenities like great swimming pool... Great room view... Excellent cleaning of everything and everywhere... Considering the reservation price, it is totally worth it. We miss you since the moment we left you. Hope to meet
