Good value for money. It's clean and i loved the extra firm mattress! Good shower with new handle (3 points). I didn't eat the breakfast but it looked totally decent. Not noisy, Blockout curtains. No ac but room was fresh enough (there's a fan which i didn't use). Room doesn't have specific charm but honestly overall, i spent a good night!

We love all staffs esp Front office Supervisor Nguyen Ngoc Linh. She provided us the best services. Regarding Hotel matters / checking bus itinerary / air flight & everything we needs. We will definitely come back to Roy Dala Hotel.

Good location, 7 mins to night market. Low rating as there were cockroaches in the room running around. Also walls not well isolated, neighbours could be heard.

Recommended for stay in Dalat. It's a great central location with almost everything in walking distance, the rooms are spacious and clean, towels are a little small but amazing quality, breakfast was good and had plenty of choices, mostly Asian and some Western (including amazing yogurt). Front desk is very friendly and can help with day trips or airport taxi, some staff that speak English are usually around. There was an issue with noisy guests 2 nights and front desk was super responsive and helpful. It's maybe a tad more expensive than other options (so many) but worth it. 4 stars because while windows seem somewhat soundproof to the outside, the walls are thin. Wifi is not reliable in case you're counting on it.

The location is excellent, not far from the main market. Most everything of interest is practically walking distance. Their breakfast is not your average hotel breakfast, it was excellent. They have many choices to choose from and I also want to comment that the rooms, front desk and restaurant are very clean. Parking in basement convenient. You have 2 elevators that will take you from your room to the basement. Staff very friendly and helpful.
