Neat and comfortable rooms. They provide even a table top stove and a two door fridge. Service is superb too. They repaired our AC immediately!. The bathroom is truly fabulous with a huge tub with, jacuzzi like fitting, separate shower cubicle, makeup table and a full wall closet for clothes! I liked the village like atmosphere. Their breakfast was also pretty good.I took off one star as it is a little far away from the centre of the city

Cons: The front desk is non responsive and unhelpful. They don't understand basic English, or at least pretend not to understand anything that we said. Going there, we didn't feel much welcome, the responses from the front desk were most of the time rude and unhelpful. When we reached there on the 1st day, we were early. We had 2 senior citizen, and an infant, we requested for an early check-in. They said, rooms were unavailable, and that we would get the rooms by 12:00 PM (later changed to 2:00 PM), later we were forced into buying an additional day, because they conveyed rudely that we weren't supposed to sit in the lobby for more than an hour (PS - they suddenly had rooms available for purchase, when earlier it was mentioned that all the rooms are booked). Even on the last day, when we ordered food for takeaway, they were quick to instruct us that we weren't supposed to have food there, and their tone was quite disrespectful, since they had already assumed that we were going to eat there like animals. Pros: Rooms are spacious and has a Jacuzzi in every room. Restaurant employees are extremely helpful and quick to action for any requests by the customers.

The food is pretty decent, and I must acknowledge the hard-working housekeeping team. Also the shuttle service to the airport link is very convenient as it's very difficult to get bolt and taxis easily to and from this place. There is a seven eleven right across the main gate for immediate basic purchases. The hotel doesn't live up to the photos they've posted on all booking websites. You genuinely don't get what you expect. The rooms are outdated, and the bathrooms have an unpleasant smell. Despite each room in the pictures displaying a washing machine and even mentioning it in the description, they do not provide it. This is misleading to all customers relying on the incorrect images. Before allowing them to accept bookings, it's essential to ensure they upload accurate details. There is only one washer and one dryer located in a different building known as C Building, which all guests have to share. The stove top in the room is useless as they say you cannot cook there. They ask you to just use the microwave. Beats the purpose of having a stove top and promoting it. And yes zero soundproofing. You can hear everything from everywhere.

NOTE: Cons... -the staff is not great with people of Indian origin. - Front desk staff pretends to not understand English and communicates only what they want to communicate. -There is a huge communication gap between the staff and the customer. We were literally struggling to make them understand that we needed extra water. -Also the price of normal stuff like water is 40 thai Bhat. - dental kits and soap for handwash weren't available. -the locality is in the very outskirts of the city bangkok, be prepared to spend extra for the cabs.. -they may give you a room in another building that's half residential and half hotel Pros - there are a few seven eleven's - the buffet had a decent spread -the staff with complementary buffet service were very helpful -there are jacuzzi in every room -the housekeeping staff cleaned the room pretty good.

This hotel is surrounded by many house. Almost cover up by household. Is quiet hotel. Almost are Indian people staying. No any bar. No club. No entertainment Anyway the hotel is clean Staff front desk helpful.. So far so good. Washing machine not good. Very very very dirty. Don't know why got sand inside. After Washing.. all clothes are dirty with sand Need to wash it again by hand 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 Horrible Washing machine is about 100 years machine. Not clean up No services Have Washing machine Can't use Because is too dirty Need to take out Washing by yourself by hand..
