The hotel is located in the bustling heart of Nice, close to everything you would want. However, this comes with the downside of it being noisy at all time due to the crowds that eat / drink at the terraces on the streets nearby. A major downside is that the Wifi, though advertised to be working, is in fact only working when it wants to, in shorts bursts and it is virtually unusable.

I’ve been in Nice for 5 days, 4 nights. Location of the hotel is excellent in the city centre. Everything is easy to reach, train station, beach and restorants. Room was very nice, enought space for two people, but a little bit chilly for me, heating system wasn’t working. Price is reasonable for location. Stuff were very helpfull. Highly recommendation for great service.

There was a horrible pungent sewer smell that kept us awake at night. The property does not have 24h reception staff so there was nobody to complain to or to change our room (it was included on the booking page). The room we had was the cheapest so smell may not be an issue in other rooms. The property is located in the city centre. The staff is ok but they were not available to help for hours when we had the horrible smell issue. Edit: we got the money back for the rest of the stay.
