Amazing hotel with really friendly staff in the bar and on reception, the hotel was in an amazing location too. Checking in was really easy, we arrived gone 11pm and were able to check in within 2 minutes. Our room was clean and tidy and a good size for a couple. The bed was comfy and we found everything we needed. We loved the Galley and Library for free tea and coffee! breakfast was good and 24 hour bar was great! Would definitely recommended and will definitely be trying a Ruby hotel in a different location too!

Love the look, feel/vibe and location of this hotel. The service we have received from the staff is exceptional! We arrived early and Carla was able to check us in without a problem. Monika working at the bar is amazing! We have also enjoyed meeting Jacky, Kiray and Bruno. The breakfast brunch is well worth it with a variety of healthy, tasty options. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic service Jacky in the bar is brilliant, extremely polite and so helpful, gave us some great informations on places to eat. Hotel food and drink really nice and reasonably priced. Room is ideal with a superb shower. Will definitely be coming back. Well done 👍

I really loved this hotel. First of all the location is excellent, in the old city and very close to all the good places to see. You can literally walk anywhere in Geneva from there. Second is the staff, extremely nice and friendly as well as very helpful, both when I checked in and when I left. The bar on the top floor is really nice. I would recommend it even if you don't stay at the hotel. There is a lovely view from there but also a great atmosphere and lovely decor. Breakfast was also really nice. Well above the standard of similar hotels. With the added perk that you have baristas making your coffee to order. One of the highlights for me was the room. It was very clean, spacious, very well designed, comfortable, modern and bright. The shower is fantastic and the toiletries smell amazing. I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Geneva

One of my best experience being in Geneva for the first time was staying in Ruby Claire; property is beautiful, great and friendly staff. Jacky was so friendly and helpful, Kiki & Erwan was so great to answers all my queries. Room is clean and comfy; service was excellent overall. Thank you guys for making my stay a memorable one and I’ll definitely recommend you to my friends & family ❤️
