Everything was excellent! Location is 1 minute walk from the tram and less than 3 from multiple bus stops. Staff was all very helpful and friendly. Rooms were large with full kitchen and a table. Good storage too. Bed was comfy and pillows were okay. Breakfast was good too. Only downside is AC is a little weak but it’s wasn’t too bad.

The Hotel Sagitta is located near the city center and there is a private parking, so you will not get mad in searching for one. The building is OK, a bit old but clean and pleasant. The room at first looked old, but we discover that the beds were very good, the room clean and well isolated from the outside noise of the cars. The furniture were a bit old fashion but still functional and clean. The breakfast was OK. Simple but with some good choice of food and drink. I would advice the Hotel’s staff to try improving the offer of food and drink to make it more pleasant for the customer. The staff was super kind and always available to help and support. At the end our two nights have been pleasant and relaxing. I would advice it for family with children, but also for the lonely traveler.

One night when we returned to the hotel, we found out the wifi wasn’t working. This hotel also does not have any amenities like a pool or fitness room.

We were at the hotel for a short stay in the middle of June. Despite the unusually hot weather for Geneva (32 degrees Celsius) the air-conditioning cooled very well and wasn't noisy. The room was spotlessly clean as well as the bathroom which was newly refurbished . There is a large multi-purpose table that can be folded back to the wall when not needed so one can have more space. A fully stocked kitchenette with Pots pans dishes salad bowls cutlery(flatware) cups cutting knives and a board and tray 2 electric burners and a bar fridge and sink as well as an electric kettle. The furniture is the older retro style that they seem to like in Switzerland but there were plenty of shelves and drawers of all sizes to amply store items as well as hanging space. The beds were new modern and super comfortable. The staff at the reception desk were very courteous helpful and polite. We had a misunderstanding in the type of room we ordered via our travel agent and it was fixed up in no time. It is a two minute walk to the light rail as well as a pharmacy and 2 well stocked supermarkets that also have clothing and stationary products . Yes the windows are a bit old and they should really change the carpets in some of the rooms but they gave us excellent service. For a simple clean pleasant no frills place to stay I highly recommend this hotel
