The decor is creative and modern. Rooms and public spaces are clean. It's a pet-friendly place but there are a lot of street dogs in the area so be careful on your walks. Service can be more expressive and efficient. A bit too laid back and aloof. The breakfast is nothing to brag about and it didn't even start on time.

Friendly. Spacious room. With good cafe and bar. Due to the fact that it's a bit away from the city and tall buildings, it's very quiet and you got a very good view of Doi Suthep hill. The room's floor is although a bit slippery if you wear socks.

Recommend for groups or even traveling alone. Great spot on very nice local area. You can walk to explore around the accommodation or chillin' at their own cafe/bar on the first floor(they also served Thai craft beers). Owner super friendly as well. Hidden gem in this area though.

Considering only the place itself I would have given 5 stars. It is brand new and met my taste in terms of interior completely. It was taken care of, tight and clean. The location never the less was for our purpose too far away from the city itself. Without a car or scooter you depend on taxi which cost you around 150-200Baht. Most of taxi driver struggled with finding the place. So finding your private chauffeur had its advantages, although they try to sell you all the time trips to places which are not worth to be seen. Keep on resisting. The owner is a young thai who fulfilled his dream with this place. He is friendly but in terms of hospitality there is space for improvement. Setting up a brand new place outside of the regular tourism spots requires in my opinion more involvement of a host. Especially in offering a shuttle service, providing more information regarding places to see and about the area in the neighbourhood... Most of the things we figured out on our own. If you are going to stay for a longer time in Chiang Mai than we did (4 days), this will be your place to stay. Beside you look for some meditation opportunities there is a nice monastery literally around the corner. In case you look for something closer to the city go for something else.
