Nice and clean hotel and rooms, location is about 15 mins walk to the busy Nimman area. Service was also excellent and sufficient parking lots for people like us who rented a car. Two glass bottles are provided in our room. There is also a hot and cold water dispenser near the lift lobby for you to top up water regularly. The only downside of this hotel for us is the noise. We stayed in a corner room 415, we could hear the airplane fly past every night and it’s very loud. There is also no sound insulation we could hear all the conversations in the room next to us. So it was very hard to sleep at night ! The buffet breakfast had different main dish items in their menu, but most of it is below average if you ask me. Only the club sandwich and American breakfast is okay. The items at the buffet spread like fruits, soup and porridge are acceptable. There is a small Japanese restaurant just outside the hotel but we didn’t try it.

A simple but more than adequate place to stay in Chiang Mai. Kid-friendly with business in family party room, offering a good breakfast buffet and very hospitable guest service.

Such a great hotel for a family with 1 or 2 kids! Breakfast was delicious. Beds are very comfortable. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail. I really liked the silent toilet in the bathroom :) Buttons in the elevators are low, a 5-year-old child can easily reach them. The only downside I found was the lack of a trash can in the smoking area. Excellent value for money. I definitely recommend the hotel.
