A very very very nice location with an excellent value of money, this a matter of facts. For services, a bit below expectations and requires honesty more efforts mainly from receptionist. Other staff are ok, but my experience with two different receptionist was not good even I have seen another guest had a concern. Overall hotel is good choice from location and money wise and room are acceptable somehow.

The laundry worker handed over my clothes to the reception at 8 pm and told the receptionist to put it in the room and they did not hand it over until 5am, and sometimes we call the reception and do not challenge it to answer or serve us. The service is very bad and there are three elevators that are late all the time ، And the shower place does not drain the water.

It's kind of 3 stars, not providing towels, only one for me! Restaurant you have to pay in advance then you will get your order. You have to treat gusts gently and professionally not treat them like they will cheat on you and run away without paying. Lights next to bed can't find way to switch off!! Room Door cant be locked

Hotel is in a very good location walking distance from a city Center mall The rooms and bath are spacious buy looks old and ugly. The carpet is filthy and it is the same in multiple rooms we checked. Service is very slow and I find most of the workers are incompetent. I would never come back specially that I found better rates in nearby international hotels with higher ratings.
