This is the first time ever in Japan (living here for almost 3 years) have I ever was treated so kindly and rudely at the same time. We drove 2 1/2 hours (due to traffic), to enjoy a lovely couples weekend. Long story short staff refused us ((nowhere on their site did they state that you need to have a residence card or a Passport ... Just a picture ID and credit card with the same) even though my husband and I had what was required per site instructions (including he had his passport) ... They were respectfully rude and refused us. When he had went back to request his refund / cancellation since they refused us he spoke to one of the ladies and they told him "no Japanese only" We would have never booked if they insisted on if it says so on the site and we're okay with that I understand we're visiting and we have to respect the country's rules. I'm also okay with them requiring certain things like passports which I would have brought mine if it said so on their site. The reason my husband chose this place is because of reviews from other foreigners that said how incredibly nice it was. Plus it was in the area in which we wanted to visit. Sadly this was probably the most unwanted and rude I have ever been treated in this country and all the time I've been here. All that being set the entry area was very clean the staff was nicely dressed and prepared and honestly I believe this would be a worthwhile place to stay for anyone I guess that's not us. Lol😅😭💔

We had a lovely stay during the final leg of our Tokyo trip and it was the best decision to stay near TCAT. We booked a twin room that has the right amount of space for two adults. Check in was smooth and we asked for assistance to keep our luggage before check in time and after we checked out until our TCAT airport transfer was ready. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. Thanks for recommending the bath salts, it was a lifesaver for my tired body after the day. There are virtually no stairs from Suitengumae Station to the hotel, so luggage movement is easy. The free drinks are evil temptations because the drinks from Georgia vending machine are hot and hearty enough for us to get seconds. The bar fridge is a bit small, but it's enough to keep a few bottles of drinks cold. Would recommend airport movement from S-peria and other accommodations nearby rather than the current trend of using luggage movement services. But that's just me. Oh, and the instructions to get here via Metro is crystal clear to follow!
